SIZING

I’ve chosen the sizes and dimensions of the prints to make framing as simple as possible, and many of the prints are sized in line with commonly available frame sizes. Note that some prints are 3:2 ratio, others are 4:3 ratio, and a few are panoramic format. While it would be nice to be able to provide consistent print sizes, in the end I prefer the images to be reproduced in the format in which they were originally conceived and captured.

The sizes available are: small, medium and large.

But feel free to ask me about custom orders if you need a different size or medium. Use the contact form for this. I’ll be happy to support you.

The sizes shown below are for 3:2 ratio, which is most common, and while each print is available in the same sizes along the longest edge, the shorter edge differs depending on the ratio (4:3 images are wider, and panoramic images are narrower).

The print has a 1cm white border around the artwork to allow for better framing. Please note that frames are not included.

Small

40cm / 15.7” longest edge

Printed area: 40 x 26,7cm / 15,7 x 10,5” (3:2 ratio)

Medium

70 cm / 27.6” longest edge

Printed area: 70 x 46,7cm / 39,4 x 26,2” (3:2 ratio)

100 cm / 39.4” Longest edge

Printed area: 100 x 66,7cm / 27,6 x 18,4” (3:2 ratio)

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London and will be shipped worldwide via DHL Express. The Print Space has printing studios in the UK, US and Germany, which means prints shipped to the UK, EU and USA will not face any additional import charges 

Depending on size, prints are shipped either in reinforced tube or flat packaging to ensure they arrive safe and undamaged.  

Orders ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and depending on your location should arrive within 1 – 7 business days of you making your order.

It’s possible that around Christmas delivery may be a little slower. If you haven’t received your print after 15 business days, drop me a line at info@paulreicherdt.com, and I’ll look into it.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

The prints are shipped in extremely sturdy packaging and I’ve never yet received any reports of the prints being damaged in transit. However, in the unlikely event that they are I’m happy to replace it for you free of charge. Send me an image with a photo of the damaged packaging, print and certificate to my email info@paulreicherdt.com, and I’ll replace the print as well as cover the return shipping costs and the shipping of the replacement.

If you’re unsatisfied with your print (other than shipping damage), I’m unable to offer refunds but the print can be exchanged for a different one of equal value within 15 days of you receiving it. In this case you’ll need to cover the shipping charge for the return, but the replacement print will be shipped free of charge.

The Print Space use a carbon neutral printing, packaging and delivery process, which you can read more about here.

LIMITED EDITION NUMBERS & CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY

Limited edition prints come with a certificate of authenticity containing the edition number and a stamp of authentication.

Those prints are strictly limited to 100 across the different sizes, and quantity available of each print depends on the size: 50 x Small editions, 30 x Medium editions and 20 x Large editions. Once the prints have sold out in each size, they will not be available again.
